about project gallery
Project Gallery (previously known as Project Gallery V or PGV) is an artist-run online exhibition space that was established in September of 2020.
PG hosts curated solo exhibitions, organized by Trinity Lester, and juried exhibitions with guest curators each year. We publish artist interviews and highlight new emerging artists each week on our social media. We also reward unrestricted grants to emerging artists quarterly. Our email is projectgalleryv@gmail.com.
PG is an online platform committed to supporting artists while challenging the traditional notions of gallery support. Conceived during the global pandemic, our platform was created out of a necessity to exhibit curated shows in a way that everyone could access from their devices. This period emphasized the importance of online space and cemented our platform’s commitment to maintaining an online archive of emerging artists that are free to view from anywhere in the world. Based in New York City, we have recently extended our reach into the physical world by partnering with other local galleries to host pop-up exhibitions and curated shows.
